Our well trained staff do all that they possibly can to ensure that everyone's needs are met and that they feel part of our safe, homely, happy residence.

The value of respecting each person's choices, rights, privacy, independence and dignity is important to us.

Comfort, Care and Consideration - our staff are experienced in the care of the elderly with physical frailties as well as mild dementia.

Various improvements have been made to the services at Tower House since the recent management handover - We have increased the staff to resident ratio, for better levels of care, also wireless fire alarm and nurse call systems, which are as good as those found in a modern hospital -  and our vision for the future is to improve things constantly for both residents and staff.

Standard room fees are charged at social services rates - currently* between £356 and £380 per week. (*as at 11/07)
